LYT 701 hydrogenation catalyst for raw gas of organic sulphur and olefin with strong hydrogen saturation and transform ability, suitable for the olefin content of less than 6.5%, the hydrogenation process of coking organic sulfur content of less than 200ppm of dry gas, hydrogen conversion process can also be used for petroleum fractions, refinery gas as the raw material, hydrogenation refining raw gas making process can also be used for gaseous hydrocarbon for ammonia synthesis gas, hydrogen and methanol synthesis gas process

Ingredients: refined hydrogenation refinery gas, coking gas, natural gas and otherraw materials.

Operating pressure: 1 ~ 6.0Mpa

Operating temperature: 250 ~ 450 ℃

Liquid space velocity: 2 ~ 4.0h-1

Gas space velocity: 800 ~ 1500h-1

Four, packaging, transportation and storage

Belt cover hard board barrel or drum packaging using LYT 701 hydrogenation catalyst, lined with plastic bag (or according to user requirements packaging). The catalyst should pay attention to moisture during transportation, avoid rolling,smashing, intense shock, in transport facilities should be rain. The catalyst should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse, to prevent the pollution of damp.
