LYT-814 type multifunctional active carbon desulfurizer is made of clean coalactivated carbon as a carrier, through a special process loaded active material with a high efficiency desulfurization agent of inorganic and organic sulfur removalfunction of double. This product has high precision (when the total sulfurdesulphurization entrance is ≤ 10mg/Nm3, total sulfur outlet ≤ 0.1PPm),desulfurization reaction speed, high sulfur capacity, mechanical strength. Can be used for synthetic ammonia, methanol, ammonia, methane, food grade CO2,polypropylene and other industrial materials in sulfur removal; desulfurization can also be used for city gas, natural gas, coke oven gas etc..

The normal conditions of use

1, making the process gas space velocity: H2S ≤ 10mg/Nm3, 500 ~ 1500h-1,

2, making the operating temperature: room temperature to 100 ℃

3, making the operation pressure: pressure ~ 8.0Mpa

4, making the humidity: 70%. (but not with liquid water into the bed)

5, making the oxygen content: O2/ H2S ≥ 2.5

6, making bed aspect ratio: 3

Packing and storage

1, making the attention prevents and hard material mixed, large vibration friction, in order to reduce the carbon particles broken, affect the use.

2, making should be stored in a cool and dry place, prevent inside and outside the packaging bag is broken, direct contact with the outside world, adsorption andother substances, reduce capacity and using effect of the adsorption of hydrogen sulfide.

3, making the product belongs to the porous adsorbent, so the transport, storage and use of the process, must absolutely prevent flooding, due to flooding, a large number of water filled with activated carbon pore, make activated carbon out of action.

4, making the production operation, should be prohibited tar substances into the activated carbon bed, by activated carbon particle surface covered with suchsubstances, filling the activated carbon pore channels, which lost its role. So, when the gas into the activated carbon bed, such as the content of tar substances,should add the tar removing device, ensure the normal use of activated carbon.

5, making storage or transportation, to prevent direct contact with the fire, in order to prevent fire.
