LYTS811-300 catalyst is a new generation of alumina based catalyst for sulfur recovery, is suitable for the Claus sulfur recovery process in acid hydrogen sulfidegas chemical fertilizer plants and natural gas chemical plant, containing oil refineryas raw material; catalyst has the characteristics of uniform particles, small abrasion,high activity and good stability, because the preparation technology optimization,add the amount of additives, the catalyst has high specific surface, good strength,stable activity.

The use of the catalyst
LYTS811-300 catalyst for sulfur recovery unit can be used with any level of Claus reactor bed layer or other different function or type of catalyst layer.
Catalyst loading
The catalyst filling should be carried out in dry conditions, to avoid the rainy weather or environmental temperature greatly under the loading of catalyst, so as not to affect the strength.

Catalyst loading to a predetermined height,application of wooden tools will be the catalyst surface paving, and pave the way for 10mm ceramic balls with a layer of 100mm high above, to slow the flow ofcatalyst surface impact.
The catalyst is loaded, should be immediately closed well into the hole, to avoidwater vapor and gas into the reactor should be enabled before the start, should be preceded by dry air purge, remove the bed powder.
The catalyst packing, transportation and storage
Woven bag with LYTS811300 catalyst, lined with plastic bag (or according to userrequirements packaging). The catalyst should pay attention to moisture, avoidrolling in the process of transportation, collision, intense shock, should rainfacilities. The catalyst should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse, to preventcontamination and moisture.
